Mancala is a strategy game where players move small pieces across a board, choosing whether to concentrate them in one place or distribute them over time.

Some people play by stacking everything into one spot. Going deep, moving fast and mastering one thing.

I like to spread mine out across ideas, skills, and interests, giving each one attention even if it takes longer to grow. Not everything blooms at the same time, but it all grows. It’s slower and less linear, but more connected.

Every move matters, even the ones that don’t pay off right away.
